Confirm the booking terms first
The date, venue, total price, payment recipient, eligibility, cancellation deadline, and any rescheduling options should be stated in your registration offer or written confirmation. Request that information before paying if it is not clear.
An inquiry is not a reservation
Submitting the contact form or requesting a date does not reserve a seat. A booking is confirmed only through the process specified by Thunderbolt or the named registration provider.
Cancellation requests
Contact the party identified in your confirmation as soon as a change is needed. Include the course name and date, but do not email payment-card details. Refund eligibility and rescheduling are governed by the terms disclosed for that booking and applicable law.
Instructor or venue changes
Weather, venue restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances may affect a session. If a session is changed or cancelled, contact Thunderbolt or the identified registration provider for the options applicable to that booking. Do not travel to a session without checking your latest confirmation.
Safety and eligibility
Participants must meet the disclosed eligibility and safety requirements and follow instructor and venue directions. The registration terms should explain how lateness, nonattendance, unsuitable equipment, or removal for unsafe conduct affects the booking. Do not assume a particular penalty or refund rule when none was disclosed.
Third-party payments
When registration is completed elsewhere, review the provider's payment and refund process. This website does not collect or store card information and cannot represent that every provider uses the same cancellation terms.
Not a retail return policy
Thunderbolt no longer provides firearm sales or gunsmithing. Archived merchandise-return and firearm-transfer terms do not govern new training inquiries on this website. Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
