OUR RETURN POLICY

THUNDERBOLT GUNS, LLC. IS WILLING TO RECEIVE ITEMS TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER FFL SUIBJECT TO THE TERMS BELOW:

Thunderbolt Guns will receive firearms transferred from another FFL provided that the transfer complies with our policies nd conditions.  The usual charge for this service has been reduced to $20 per firearm  provided that the firearm is picked up at the store by the Customer within 7 days of notification that we have received it.  Firearms not picked up within 7 days of notification of receipt , absent prior arrangement, will incur a charge of $45. We accept transfers of previously owned (used) firearms.  We do not accept transfers of firearms that we regularly stock and sell in the store without prior arrangement.  Please contact us to make those arrangements before having the firearm shipped.  It is the responsibility of the transferring FFL to notify you that your item has been shipped; it is NOT the responsibility of Thunderbolt Guns, LLC.

RETURNS ON FIREARMS THAT HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED.

We do not accept returns on new firearms because once a new firearm is transferred it is considered used, even if it is unfired. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at THNUDERBOLT GUNS, LLC. prior to accepting it into their possession. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection; however, by accepting and receiving a transferred firearm from us, you agree that upon discovering a defect in your transferred firearm that you will work with the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with their warranty policy).
In Addition:

  • Items must be purchased through THUNDERBOLTGUNS.com or our retail location at 3021 E. Victory Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31404 to be eligible for return or exchange through THUNDERBOLT GUNS, LLC.
  • Eligible Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with copy of the receipt.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition, free from wear.
  • There are no returns on ammunition or final sale or discontinued items.
  • The customer is responsible for payment of the shipping charges (if any) incurred returning the item to THUNDERBOLT GUNS. We will send any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise at the warehouse.
